For McMurry University Athletics, there are any number of sports clichés which aptly apply today: "last lap"; "fourth quarter"; "finish line is in view"; "keep going 'til the bell sounds"; "the white flag is out" and; "last hurdle," come to mind. That is because the War Hawks and entire campus are celebrating their advancement to the fourth, and final, year of the reclassification process to full Division III membership by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
